Custom Inflatables Branded Arch & Pool Floats
Custom Inflatables produced custom pool floats and a branded inflatable arch for the World Poker Tour (WPT), one of the most recognized names in the global poker industry. WPT Enterprises was preparing for a high-profile event in Bimini and needed eye-catching, custom-branded inflatables to enhance the experience and reinforce their brand presence. The project included both custom pool floats and a large inflatable arch designed to serve as a bold visual centerpiece at the event.
The Challenge
This project came with a unique set of challenges that demanded flexibility and fast problem-solving. The initial delivery of both the custom pool floats and the inflatable arch had to be coordinated across multiple locations — floats were shipped to Miami, FL, while the arch was destined for the event in Bimini. Adding significant complexity, the original arch was damaged during a customs inspection, leaving the team with very little time to reproduce and reship a replacement to a completely different delivery address in Los Angeles, CA. The logistics also required careful handling of specific delivery instructions, including different recipients at each location and the use of a UPS Access Point for the replacement arch.
Project Scope
Design and Production of Custom Pool Floats: Branded pool floats were produced featuring WPT's logo and visual identity, designed to create a fun, memorable branded experience for event attendees.
Custom Inflatable Arch: A large-scale inflatable arch was designed and produced to serve as a prominent branded installation at the Bimini event, providing a striking backdrop and photo opportunity.
Multi-Location Logistics: Deliveries were coordinated across three locations: Miami, FL, for the floats, Bimini for the event, and Los Angeles, CA, for the replacement arch, each with unique delivery requirements and recipients.
